Kellam serves southern Virginia Beach, and encompasses the largest geographic area of any Virginia Beach school.
Kellam’s boundaries run from the busy General Booth Blvd area all the way to the North Carolina border and from Landstown east to the Atlantic Ocean.

Landstown Middle School & Princess Anne Middle School
Floyd E. Kellam High School opened in 1962 at 2323 Holland Road. It was named for city judge Floyd Eaton Kellam. It is one of the oldest high schools in the city (after Princess Anne High School and Cox High School.)
